Key West
Images taken from Key West where roosters and chickens roam free and wild. While I was there, I was happy to have finally found Nicolina, the long lost chicken from Sicily ( this is an example of an 'inside joke' for family members - you'll get used to it here). It turns out she's alive and well as you can see in the photos below - she's now living in Key West, residing outside of the "Blue Heaven" restaurant - one of the best places in Key West to get breakfast. Living outside a restaurant can be a tricky thing if you are a chicken. She better make it quick and split before she becomes part of the restaurant's menu. " Scapa Nicolina, scapa!"
